Dual N-Channel 40 V MOSFET for Compact, Low-Loss Power Design
The BUK7K6R8-40E is a dual N-channel 40 V power MOSFET from Nexperia, supplied in the LFPAK56D (SOT-1205) loss-free package. Two matched N-channel die share one 5 x 6 mm surface-mount footprint, so a synchronous buck stage, half bridge or load switch that normally needs two DPAK devices can be built with a single reel of parts.
A typical on-resistance of 5.8 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and a continuous drain current of 40 A keep conduction losses low, while 64 W power dissipation and a -55 °C to +175 °C junction temperature range leave real thermal headroom for enclosed and automotive-style housings.
