32A Three Phase Smart PDU with Per Outlet Metering and Switching for AI Data Centers

This 380V to 415V three phase 32A intelligent rack PDU is built for AI compute clusters, GPU server cabinets and high density data center racks where every kilowatt and every outlet has to be visible and controllable. All 42 outlets are metered and switched individually, so current, voltage, power, energy and power factor are read per port, and any single device can be powered on, off or rebooted remotely through SNMP, HTTP or Telnet without dispatching a technician to the aisle.

Built for AI and High Density Racks

• 42 outlets on one feed — 36 x C13 for servers, switches and PDU linked loads, plus 6 x C19 for GPU chassis, blade systems and UPS
• Per outlet metering — current, voltage, active power, energy and power factor measured at each outlet for rack level PUE and cost allocation
• Per outlet switching — remote on, off and reboot with sequential power-up to control inrush current when a whole cabinet starts
• SNMP and event alarms — SNMP v1/v2c/v3, HTTP, HTTPS and Telnet, with traps on overload, over-temperature, outlet failure and threshold breach
• Six 16A hydraulic breakers — hydraulic magnetic branch protection gives fast, repeatable tripping with clear fault isolation per branch
• 32A three phase input — IEC 60309 5G 32A industrial connector with 5G x 6 mm² power cord for low voltage drop at full load
• Sheet metal chassis — cold rolled steel shell with black powder coating, rigid in 19 inch cabinets

Monitoring and Control

• Blue backlit LCD shows total voltage, current and power at the rack face
• Outlet numbering printed on the panel for fast identification during maintenance
• User defined upper and lower alarm limits per outlet and per branch, with event log and history curve
• Sequential power-on delay configurable per group, protecting upstream UPS from inrush spikes
• Optional Modbus RTU / RS485 and environmental sensor port for temperature and humidity
