380V 415V 160A Miner PDU - 24 x C19 with Per Outlet Meter Head and 24 Hydraulic Breakers

A 160A three-phase power distribution unit made for one job: keeping a full mining rack or AI compute row energized, measurable and safe. One 380V-415V feed goes in through a 160A 5P terminal box, and comes out as 24 C19 outlets, each one metered at the outlet, each one protected by its own 20A hydraulic-magnetic breaker.

What Makes It a Miner PDU

Meter head with per outlet monitoring and control. The local meter head shows voltage, current, power and energy for the whole unit and lets you read each C19 outlet individually, so a single weak PSU or a dropping hash board can be found before the branch trips.

24 x 20A hydraulic-magnetic breakers, one per outlet. Unlike thermal breakers, the hydraulic-magnetic trip curve does not drift when container temperature climbs to 55-65 C, so protection stays predictable during summer peaks.

160A 5P terminal box input. Three phase plus neutral and ground, hard-wired with lugs, no plug adapter in the current path - lower contact resistance and less heat at full 160A load.

Phase-balanced outlet layout. The 24 C19 sockets are distributed across L1 / L2 / L3 so phase imbalance stays low on both 380V and 415V systems.

Sheet metal shell. Powder-coated steel chassis with ventilation slots, rigid enough for container transport and shielding the busbar and control board from dust and impact.
